Studio Policies

BOOKING POLICY

Appointments booked online must be made 12 hours prior to appointment. Please give us a call to check availability and schedule an appointment less than 12 hours in advance.

 

For safety & comfort, no additional guests are allowed in the studio during treatment. Under no circumstance are children under 16 allowed inside of the studio unless being serviced.

 

TARDY POLICY

We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable. However, if you are more than 5 minutes late your treatment time will be reduced (full payment is still due), or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please plan to arrive 10-minutes early to consider traffic and parking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

 

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled using your automated appointment confirmation email, by phone, or by sending us an email.  Any cancellation/reschedule requests with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the services booked. 

 

No-Show clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning on an "on call" basis and can have traveled to the studio specifically for your service. 

 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation/reschedule or no show. Upon checkout, clients may choose their method of payment.

 

FIRST TIME GUEST POLICY

Due to potential contraindications to treatment, new clients who are interested in receiving body contouring or electrolysis treatments should only book your consultation appointment online. Appointments for services will be booked after your consultation. If you are interested in a consultation and treatment same day, please give us a call.

 

There is Consultation fee of $25 which will be applied toward future services that are booked within 7 days of consultation. 

REFUND POLICY

All services and gift card sales are final.

If you need to return a retail item, you must return the item unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Tags must still be attached. Refunds are issued as in-store credit only. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Allow 3 business days for processing and shipping of online orders. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the following business day.
